Vistara Ventures was founded by Hansa Wijayasundara after building Octopus BI and selling it to an ASX-listed company. That experience shaped a simple belief: a company becomes valuable long before a buyer, investor or successor arrives. The value is built in the product, the team, the numbers, the systems and the company’s ability to grow without depending on one person. Vistara was created for that work. We back companies deal by deal, bring senior operators into the business, and use our product and engineering capability to build what the company cannot hire fast enough. The aim is not advice from the outside. The aim is to help the company become clearer, stronger, more scalable and ready for its next stage.
